In January–May 2025, a total of 1.6467 billion manats was invested in fixed capital from foreign financial sources, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
Investments from foreign sources accounted for 24.6% of all investments made in fixed capital during the period.
Note that 1 billion 598.5 million manats (97.1 percent) of the investment directed toward fixed capital from foreign countries and international organizations belonged to investors from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Switzerland, Japan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hungary, France, and India.
