The 11th Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum (AIIF-2026) has commenced in Baku today, APA-Economics reports.
The forum, held with the strategic support of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA), covers June 24-25.
The forum brings together executives of insurance, reinsurance and brokerage companies, government officials, members of parliament, participants of the local insurance market and representatives of relevant institutions from more than 20 countries, including the Caucasus region, Central Asia, Europe, Türkiye, Russia and CIS countries.
Within the framework of the two-day forum, which gathers nearly 400 participants, panel discussions will be held on private pension systems, reinsurance mechanisms in the context of natural disasters, opportunities for the joint development of insurance markets of Turkic states, life and health insurance, global trends in insurance brokerage, as well as professional education in the insurance sector.
note that the Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum is being organized for the 11th time and is considered one of the leading international insurance cooperation platforms in the Caucasus region.
