Zamin Bank gets 77% growth in assets

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of October 1, Azerbaijan-based Zamin Bankâ€™sassets stood at AZN 118.776million, up 77.1% on a year earlier.
The bank said loan portfolio rose 88.8% to AZN 73.359 million, deposit portfolio increased 2.5 times to AZN 38.191 million, total capital went up 11% to AZN 14.3 million and authorized capital stood at AZN 11.195 million.
Consumer loans grew 37.5 to AZN 10.732 million.
Compared to the same period last year, revenue for January-September increased by 2.7 times over the past year to AZN 14.734 million and expenditures rose by 3.3 times to AZN 13.422 million.
Profit fell 0.2% to AZN 1.312 million.
The bank established 3 branches, 1 bureau of exchange, 13 ATMs and 1770 POS terminals over the past one year.
The number of employees rose 30.4% to 343.
Established in 1992, Zamin Bank has 21 branches, 37 bureaus of exchange, 6 offices, a representative office in Moscow, 23 ATMs and 1810 POS terminals.
