Melli Iran Bank posts low financials

Baku. Elnur Huseynguliyev-APA-Economics. As at October 1, Baku branch of Melli Iran Bankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 18.520 million, a 3.3% decline on a year earlier.
The loan portfolio dropped 10.6% to AZN 6.619 million, deposit portfolio decreased 7.5% to AZN 6.721 million, total capital went down 1.16% to AZN 11.223 million and authorized share capital stood AZN 10 million.
Consumer loans fell 33.5% to AZN 4.601 million.
For January-September, revenues rose 2.6%, year-over-year, to AZN 2.042 million and expenditures increased 15.8% to AZN 936 000. Profit fell 6.4% to AZN 1.106.
The number of employees reached 23 and verage salary rose 24.4% to AZN 560. The branch of Melli Iran Bank has been in operation in Azerbaijan since 1994.
