AtaBank sees 13% growth in loan portfolio

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2012, Azerbaijan-based AtaBankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 235.4 mln, up 1.9% from previous year.

Bank says loan portfolio soared 12.5% or AZN 18.4 mln to AZN 165.1 mln.

Term deposit portfolio surged 1.9% or AZN 3.1 mln to AZN 166.2 mln, individualsâ€™ term deposits grew 6.3% or ANZ 6.4 mln to AZN 108 mln. Besides, total capital stood at AZN 32.6 mln, including authorized capital â€“ at AZN 25 mln.

Bankâ€™s ROA and ROE as at the end of June made 1.16% and 10.73%.

Balance profit was AZN 2.7 mln.

Number of POS-terminals exceeded 8,959 units and ATMs made 68 units.
