A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the National Bank of Slovakia and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan Taleh Kazimov wrote on his X account, APA reports.
"On the sidelines of the Annual Meetings of the WB/IMF, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Peter Kažimír, Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia, to further strengthen cooperation between our institutions, which is founded on mutual trust. The Memorandum will enhance:
- Cooperation in monetary policy, payment systems and financial technology, as well as in the regulation and supervision of banks, insurance companies and capital markets;
- The exchange of expertise and best practices in central banking," the post reads.
