The deadline for obtaining a construction permit for a solar power plant on a land plot located in the administrative territory of Fuzuli district, designated as a renewable energy area under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 478 of November 15, 2024, "On determining a state-owned land plot in the administrative territory of Fuzuli district as a renewable energy area," has been extended by one year in accordance with the Law "On the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Electricity Generation," APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decision in this regard.
The State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture must inform the Cabinet of Ministers within three days from the date the construction permit is issued or, if the permit is not issued within the specified period, within three days from the date the deadline expires.
