United Credit Bank sees 63% rise in term deposits year-on-year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2012, assets of United Credit Bank OJSC amounted to AZN 55.173 mln, up 20% compared to last year.

Deputy Board Chairman Vahid Aliyev told APA that during the reporting period, loan portfolio rose 44% to AZN 49.569 mln, consumer loans increased by 12% to AZN 16.607 mln, deposit portfolio extended 55% to AZN 26.848 mln, as well as term deposits soared 63% to AZN 24.112 mln, demand deposits grew by 6.3% to AZN 2.736 mln, population deposits rose 58% to AZN 18.925 mln.

Total capital of the bank dropped 13% AZN 12.507 mln, authorized capital increased by 16% to AZN 14.108 mln.

Remind that, United Credit Bank was established in 1996. In 1998, the bank changed its brand. As of July 1, 2012, the bank operates 6 branches, 5 ATMs, 225 POS-terminals and 128 employees across the country.
