One more insurance company nationalizes brand in Azerbaijan

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. During last meeting of shareholders of Thames Insurance Group, it was decided to change brand of company with Buta Sigorta, newly-appointed board chairman Abbas Babayev said, APA reports.

To him, the company has already received a relevant permission from the FinMinistry.
â€˜Appropriate documents have been prepared in connection with re-registration of companyâ€™s brand and will be submitted to Taxes Ministry in the coming days. We hope that all works related to registration will be solved soon and the company will be named Buta Sigortaâ€™, said Babayev.

Note that, Thames Insurance Group has been in operation since 1996. As of July 1, 2012, companyâ€™s authorized capital made AZN 5.8 mln.
