To him, the Bureau has already submitted proposals on this issue to the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance. The proposals reflected the issues on acquisition of insurance policies on Compulsory property insurance, Compulsory insurance of civil liability on exploitation of real estate and Compulsory insurance of passengers. In addition, the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance is working on integration of information systems into the respective state agencies.
Guliyev said that the amendments in the Law on Compulsory insurance will be approved in 2013.
