Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. State Committee for Securities has registered emission prospectus of ordinary, book-entry shares Kapital Bank OJSC.

SCS says face value is AZN 10, quantity â€“ 1 mln, volume of the issue â€“ AZN 10,000,000. The placement will be held in public offering. After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 25% to AZN 50 mln.

Note that, Kapital Bank has been in operation since 2000.
