YapiKredi Bank Azerbaijan increases interest profit by 28%

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. YapiKredi Bank Azerbaijan earned AZN 7.876 mln-profit in 2011, down 0.6% from 2010.

Bank says total income rose 1.16% to AZN 19.159 mln, as well interest income soared 14% to AZN 13.003 mln, non-interest income decreased by 18% to AZN 6.156 mln.

Total expenditure dropped 5.9% to AZN 11.669 mln, as well interest expenditure fell 26% to AZN 1.672 mln, non-interest expenditure gained 28% to AZN 8.865 mln, PR and marketing expenditure grew 42% to AZN 71,740,000.

Interest profit wnet up 28% to AZN 11.331 mln, non-interest loss stood at AZN 2.709 mln. Non-interest profit made AZN 594,000.

Remind that, YapiKredi Bank has been in operation since 2000. The bank operates 6 branches, 17 ATMs and 80 POS-terminals across the country.
