Mugan Bank increases assets by 17% last year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2012, Mugan Bankâ€™s assets made AZN 243.381 mln, up 16.6% compared to 2011.

During the reporting period total capital of the bank rose 26% to AZN 31.648 mln, authorized capital increased by 11.3% to AZN 22.250 mln.

Number of customers increased by 36% to 58,804, as well as number of individuals rose 42% to 54,393, legal entities dropped 8.4% to 4,411; number of active plastic cards increased by 21% to 8,991, debit cards â€“ 20% to 8,018, credit cards â€“ 29% to 973.

Remind that, Mugan Bank has been in operation since 1992. It operates 30 branches, 51 ATMs, 89 POS-terminals and 556 employees across the country.
