Bank says the new system opens up great opportunities for the operation of the telephone information service at a high level. Equipped with the intellectual platform, the system runs continuously. It can simultaneously receive many calls.

Information Service, which operates in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, has a system that allows customers to answer questions in an automatic mode without operator. That is, the system creates an intellectual link between the client and call center.

By pressing the appropriate buttons, a caller receives information about the various services offered by Kapital Bank, as well as to contact the operator and obtain the necessary information.

Remind that, Kapital Bank has been in operation since 2000. It operates 88 branches across the country.
