It is important to make amendments in law on advertisement. Chief of Azerbaijan Parliament Economical Policy Commission Ziyad Samadzadeh said at Caspian Financial Club’s meeting.
“Some insurance companies prepare contracts so that people without special literacy can not understand them. Some banks announce that they receive deposits with high interest rate but they do not inform people that they must give loans with high rate as wellâ€.
To Samadzadeh, for prevention of such cases law on advertisement needs amendments: “There must be made such amendments where responsibility principles can be reflected tooâ€.
