CBA moves to near Ulduz metro station

Remind that, SOCARâ€™s and SOFAZâ€™s official buildings are constructed in this area. According to APA-Economics, CBAâ€™s new official building is planned to be constructed here â€“ near Baku refrigerators plant (Chinar PU, Ulduz metro station).

Remind that, the current official building of CBA has the most contemporary infrastructure and design and it has been put into operation since 1998. At the opening ceremony of new building in October, 1998, President Heydar Aliyev noted that, the place for the this building was not selected correctly and not in accordance to the architecture, city construction system, including General Plan of Baku.

Note that, the preparation works of CBAâ€™s official building have already been started. The project of building has been developed. The design of building has been developed by Austriaâ€™s Coop Himmelb(L)Au Company. Last year, CBA has announced quotation poll on conducting of engineering-geological and research works in the construction site of CBAâ€™s official building. These works designed to fill the wells in the area with solutions. But, then these works were postponed.
