"We need active help of the OSCE,” Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's chief of staff wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
According to him, a humanitarian crisis is experienced in the cities seized by Russian forces.
“We need humanitarian corridors for food, medicine, ambulance, evacuation. We need an active help of international organizations, as well as OSCE’s help,” Podolyak noted.
