The situation in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov remains tense.
The Honorary Consulate of Azerbaijan in Kharkov told APA that one of the missiles fired at Kharkov hit the consulate building yesterday. The blast damaged the windows of the consulate. Nevertheless, the consulate continues to operate 24 hours a day. The consulate carries out its activities on the instructions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country.
The process of evacuation of Azerbaijanis living in Kharkov continues in coordination with the Kharkiv regional administration and the railway department. During the day, more than 500 of Azerbaijanis were evacuated to safe areas.
