“Large scale attack was carried out with the support of air forces of the Russian army in Kherson province starting at 03:00 this night until 08.30 in the morning,” Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Kherson Azerbaijanis Diaspora Organization of Ukraine Alimardan Karimov told APA.
A.Karimov noted that they contact with the leadership of Kherson province and city. Currently, there are no gas, electricity, and water in the city: “We called on our compatriots to stay home. Houses are relatively safe now that we are under siege on all sides. There are no casualties among our compatriots yet.”
