We will gladly host the talks between Russia and Ukraine, but in this case, the place is not important, said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, APA's local bureau reports.
"The parties agreed to hold the first meeting in Belarus. Now they are looking for a place for a second meeting. We would like it to be so, but it seems that tomorrow's meeting may be postponed for a day or two. We want further talks to be fruitful. The talks should result in a ceasefire, "the diplomat said.
