Greek government acted contrary to tender procedure â€“ Rovnag Abdullayev

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. The Greek government acted contrary to tender procedure on DESFA privatization, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev said.

“Rules have been broken. We are waiting Greek government to substantiate it. According to the changed rule, DESFA price halves. If the profitability of a facility falls, so its price must also be fall. We raised this issue in the negotiations with the Greek government and the negotiations are underway”, he added.

According to him, Italy’s Snam company is ready to close the deal: “Italian partner is participating in the negotiations. There are some problems here. It seems, being a very skilful is unacceptable in Europe”.
