Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan is planning to build a power station with the capacity of 2,000 MWt, Azerbaijani Deputy Energy Minister Namig Abbasov said at the 1st IAEE Eurasian Conference in Baku.
According to him, during the past ten years, launch of 14 stations with the capacity of 3,000 MWt, increase of number of stations to 23 and total capacity to 7,000 MWt, planned construction of a power station with the capacity of 2,000 MWt will provide progress in Azerbaijan’s energy industry. 1
