In 2025, revenues of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the implementation of oil and gas agreements amounted to 10,266.3 million manats, APA-Economics reports, citing official information from the Fund.
During the reporting period, revenues from the sale of profit oil and gas totaled 9,497.0 million manats, while bonus payments and transit revenues amounted to 765.7 million manats, and revenues from acreage payments stood at 3.6 million manats.
Note that during this period, SOFAZ received 8,292.9 million manats from the Azeri–Chirag–Gunashli (ACG) field and 958.8 million manats from the Shah Deniz field (gas and condensate).
Last year, the Fund achieved a 6.2% return on asset management, generating 6,894.1 million manats in income.
