Greenhouse gas emissions know no borders, and this is not a problem that one country can handle alone, said SOCAR Vice President Afgan Isayev during his speech on the second day of the 2nd Baku Climate Action Week (BCAW), APA-Economics reports.
According to him, greenhouse gases pose a serious threat to the entire Earth today, and this problem can only be solved through joint efforts.
The Vice President added that no country can fight such a global problem alone; this issue can only be solved within the framework of international cooperation.
