“We are strengthening railway links between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Türkiye through the Kars–Igdir–Dilucu railway line,” Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu said in a statement on the Kars–Igdir–Aralik–Dilucu Railway Project, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports.
He noted that work on the 224-kilometer Kars–Igdir–Aralik–Dilucu railway project is continuing.
According to the minister, the project is of great importance in terms of strengthening railway links between Türkiye and Armenia and Azerbaijan.
A. Uraloglu said that Türkiye is implementing new projects aimed at developing transport connectivity in the region and strengthening the railway network.
