Today President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf met with the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, APA reports.
It was stated that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan based on friendly relations is successfully developing in all directions. It was pointed out that high-level mutual visits play a special role in expanding relations between both countries.
The sides held discussions about cooperation in the oil and gas sector in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, implementation of joint projects, including the processing of hydrocarbon resources, digitization, formation of exchange of mutual experience, and other matters of interest.
