Main indicators of Azerbaijan's oil and gas sector -TABLE

In January–October of this year, the total value of production in Azerbaijan’s mining industry amounted to 31,980.3 billion manats, which is a 2.1% decrease compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports, citing the monthly report of the State Statistical Committee.

According to the report, of this total indicator, 29,118.6 million manats accounted for crude oil and natural gas production, which is 2.1% less in annual comparison.

According to the information, during the reporting period, the production of marketable oil — the main product of the sector — amounted to 22,988.5 thousand tons, while marketable natural gas production amounted to 32,263.9 million cubic meters.

It is noted that marketable oil production decreased by 4.6% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, while marketable gas production increased by 1.7%.
