According to the final results of 2023, the gasification level in Russia was 73.8%, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak wrote in his article for Energy Policy magazine, APA-Economics reports.
Noted that according to the results of 2022, this indicator was 73%. Thus, the gasification level in Russia increased by 0.8% points in annual comparison.
It is also noted in the article that the objective is to increase mentioned indicator to 83%.
It should be emphasized that the gasification level in Azerbaijan is over 96.3%, so Azerbaijan is ahead of Russia by approximately 22.5% points.
