From January to October this year, Azerbaijan exported 12,077,423.62 tons of oil worth 6,231,517.13 thousand USD to Italy, making Italy the top destination for Azerbaijani oil exports, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Customs Committee.
The Czech Republic ranked second in Azerbaijan’s total oil exports (by volume and value), with 1,307,899.13 tons of oil worth 701,374 thousand USD exported during the reporting period.
Croatia ranked third, receiving 1,187,550.72 tons of oil worth 634,647.77 thousand USD from January to October.
The report notes that the data reflects the customs-registered value of exported oil. In total, during the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 20,754,593.06 tons of oil worth 10,849,719.29 thousand USD to 21 countries.
APA-Economics also presented a ranking of countries based on the value of Azerbaijani oil exports for January–October of this year.
