Speaking about the TANAP project, the foundation of which was laid a few days ago, President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan has already ensured its security.
“The gas produced in Azerbaijan is of great importance for the world and Europe. The ongoing work is increasing Azerbaijan’s geopolitical importance”, President Aliyev noted.
The head of state said the policy pursued by Azerbaijan is fair.
“Azerbaijan is known worldwide as a model country. Baku has today become a world-class city due to the measures taken for development of the capital,” he completed.
