"Today we are talking about the importance of changing the Armenian Constitution and giving up territorial claims against neighboring countries," Member of the Azerbaijani Parliament Tural Ganjaliyev said this at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.

Mr Ganjaliyev said that the Armenian government should understand that there is no phobia here: "After the war, the countries changed their constitutions. For example, Germany and Italy changed their constitutions after the Second World War and renounced their successors. France, a close friend of Armenia, also did this in 1947. All this shows that Armenia should amend its Constitution. It is very ridiculous that Armenia maintains its territorial claim against Türkiye, which is the second largest army of NATO."

Tural Ganjaliyev also touched upon the right-wing radicals gaining seats in the European Parliament and said that this will increase Azerbaijanphobia and Islamophobia.
