Submitting applications to the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan for observation by a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan with active voting rights (on his/her own initiative, on the basis of the initiative of a registered candidate, political party, bloc of political parties, non-governmental organization operating in the field of elections), international (foreign) observers (by registering with the Central Election Commission in accordance with the law) in all election constituencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, will continue from the day of the official publication of the decree on the appointment of elections until 10 days before the elections, said Arife Mukhtarova, secretary of the Central Election Commission, at the meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) held today, APA reports.
She said that regarding with the extraordinary parliamentary elections, this process will continue until August 22.
