Peter Van Praagh: â€œI was amazed at the development in Azerbaijanâ€

The deputy speaker said Azerbaijan was interesting country for both Europe and the United States, press-service of the Parliament told APA. Muradova said Azerbaijan was able to contribute to the solution of world problems. â€œAzerbaijan can be a leading country in the realization of worldâ€™s interest in the regionâ€. Marshal Foundationâ€™s European Director General Peter Van Praagh said he paid his first visit to Azerbaijan several years ago and this time he was amazed at the development in the country. Peter Van Praagh said Black Sea Union, the Foundation established last year, intended to operate in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Russia and other countries. â€œWe aim to strengthen activity of non-governmental organizations and to expand their international relations, as well as to organize exchange of experiencesâ€.
