Elkhan Shukurlu: Ogtay Humbatov was sent to CEC by Ilyas Ismayilovâ€™s wish

As to the question, why Ilyas Ismayilov supported only Ogtay Humbaatov, Elkhan Shukurlu â€œOnly Ilyas Ismayilov and Ogtay Humbatov know it, so let them to clarify the problemâ€? said.
