A number of legislative acts to be amended

The Parliamentarians adopted the bill â€œOn regulation of payment in budgetary organizationsâ€?. The amendments and changes to the legislative acts were also discussed today. Ali Huseynov, chairman of the commission for legal policy and state building informed the parliamentarians about the document. He said that amendments will be made to Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Disciplinary Code to prevent the waste of gas, water and electricity. He said that the aim of the adoption of this law is to call upon the people to discipline. The parliamentarians participated in the discussions, considered it necessary to adopt this law after the process of installation of meters. Ganira PAshayeva said that the adoption of this law will cause peopleâ€™s dissatisfaction. Panah Huseyn said he is for the adoption of the law; people should pay for gas, water and electricity. Gudrat Hasanguliyev wanted the discussion of this issue with participation of related organizations. The discussions will continue in the next sitting. /APA/
