He said that the Azerbaijani singers living in this country and “Tabriz” and “Azerbaijan” national dance groups performed at the event: “The main aim of the event is to promote the Azerbaijani culture and art in Canada. Our people have an ancient and rich cultural heritage. Through such events we try to promote our national culture to our society. This is a moral duty of every Azerbaijani living abroad. The singers and dance groups performed freely at the “Evening of Azerbaijan”.
