All-Russia Azerbaijan Congress presents Heydar Aliyev Awards in Moscow â€“ <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION </font>

APAâ€™s Moscow correspondent reports that Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu, AAC Secretary General Mikayil Huseynov, Director of ITAR-TASS news agency Vitaly Ignatenko, Rector of Moscow State University named after Lomonosov Viktor Sadovnichiy and representatives of Russian society attended the presentation ceremony.

AAC Secretary General Mikayil Huseynov said that this organization was established by the initiative of Heydar Aliyev: â€œWe think that the right to present this award belongs only to the All-Russia Azerbaijan Congressâ€.

In his speech, Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu said that Heydar Aliyev was an architect of modern Azerbaijan: â€œToday our countryâ€™s successes prove that right strategy was chosenâ€. The ambassador noted high level cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia in all spheres.

Then the award founded in honor of Heydar Aliyev was presented.

ITAR-TASS Director Vitaly Ignatenko, Rector of Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichiy, Rector of Russian State Humanitarian University Yefim Pivovar, Russian Peopleâ€™s Artist Andrey Petrov, UNESCOâ€™s expert, director general of Rudomino All-Russia State Library Yekaterina Geniyeva were awarded for their role in strengthening and development of cultural, humanitarian and political relations between the two countries.
