MP called Iran terrorist country in the 3rd Congress of World Azerbaijanis

The Azerbaijanis can not name their children in native languageâ€, said co-chair of the World Azerbaijanisâ€™ Congress, MP Sabir Rustamkhanli in his speech at the second working day of the 3rd Congress of the World Azerbaijanis.

Saying that he was speaking on behalf of 50 mln Azerbaijani people living abroad, Rustamkhanli criticized the policy of Iranian government against Azerbaijanis living there: â€œIran will suppress this people till the end, we will look at it? WAC was registered in Sweden, Ukraine, Russia. But one doesnâ€™t register WAC in Azerbaijan. re we afraid of terrorist state like Iran?â€

WAC co-chair dropped remarks to Education Minister Misir Mardanov, who was participating in the event. The MP underlined the necessity of opening of the education TV channels for Azerbaijanis living abroad to get education in mother language, as well as educate in mother language. He also noted the importance of applying the discounts in the countryâ€™s legislation for Azerbaijanis living abroad who want to study in Azerbaijan: â€œTo get education here for Persians is simpler than the Azerbaijanisâ€¦â€

In his speech, MP also said that UN Migration Committee doesnâ€™t have normal attitude to the Azerbaijanis.
