President Ilham Aliyev: The Azerbaijani state supports the Azerbaijanis living all over the world

President said there were 336 Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations five years ago, now their number has reached 416.
â€œDiaspora organizations have strengthened and begun to have their say,â€ he said.

The head of state also gave recommendations to the Diaspora organizations.
â€œAzerbaijani communities and diplomatic representations must act together in the countries. Sometimes there is discord. It must be ended. The Diaspora organizations must act together. Embassies and Diaspora organizations must have strong cooperation. Sometimes I am concerned over these relations. Diaspora organizations and embassies must work as a team,â€ he said.

President also said that the activity of the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations gives worthy replies to the dirty campaign of the Armenian lobby.

â€œAzerbaijanâ€™s diplomacy must be the diplomacy of attackâ€ the head of state said. He said all methods, including internet, must be efficiently used for this purpose.
â€œSometimes there is an opinion that Azerbaijani media is not free. How can it be that media is not free in the country that has 50 percent internet users? I gave instructions to launch websites promoting history, culture of Azerbaijani people,â€ he said.

Azerbaijani President said the Azerbaijani Diaspora must turn into the factor of the domestic policy of the foreign countries, must be represented in the state and government agencies, legislative bodies.

President Ilham Aliyev also addressed the businessmen abroad.
â€œHelp the Azerbaijanis, employ more Azerbaijanis. Azerbaijanis must be employed more in the Azerbaijani state companiesâ€™ projects abroad, the companies owned by Azerbaijanis must be involved in these projects as contractors,â€ he said.

â€œThe Azerbaijanis living all over the world have one motherland â€“ this is Azerbaijan! The Azerbaijani state supports the Azerbaijanis living all over the world,â€ said Azerbaijani President at the end of his speech.
