The Foundation told APA that the calendar named “Karabakh: Looking Back, Looking Forward” illuminates the illustrious past and resilient spirit of Karabakh. The calendar which reflects Karabakh’s beautiful pictures informs the world about the music, dance, cuisine and the traditions of the Azerbaijani nation. The topics chosen by the foundation shows Karabakh has an important role in the Azerbaijani culture.

The Karabakh Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization that was established in US in 2009 and aims to research, publish, educate and present more facts about the Azerbaijani and Caucasus region’s history, especially in regards to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
