Abulfas Garayev meets with Council of Europe Secretary General Tjorborn Jagland

Azerbaijanâ€™s Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev met with Council of Europe Secretary General Tjorborn Jagland in Ljubljana within the ministerial conference on restoration of common European case, spokesperson for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Zohra Aliyeva told APA. The cultural events in Azerbaijan, its role in dialogue process between Europe and Islamic world (Baku process), World Cross-Culture Dialogue Forum in 2011 in Baku under the patronage of Azerbaijani president, state of Azerbaijani cultural heritage in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and in Armenia, prospects of cooperation with the Council of Europe in this field. Garayev said Azerbaijan was interested in the visit of Council of Europe fact-finding mission to learn the state of cultural heritage, but the fact-finding missions in Armenia and Azerbaijan should have same compositions and they must visit the occupied lands from the Azerbaijani territory.
