Websites of seven Azerbaijan-based museums presented

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova â€“ APA. Websites of seven Azerbaijan-based museums have been presented in the Museum Center today, APA reports. The websites were prepared by Culture and Tourism Ministry, Baku Culture and Tourism Department. These websites are: Museum named after Heydar Aliyev â€“ www.muzey-park.az, House Museum of Jafar Jabbarli â€“ www.cabbarli.az, House Museum of Jalil Mammadguluzadeh â€“ www.memmedquluzade.az, House Museum of Azim Azimzadeh â€“ www.ezimzade.az, Memorial Museum of Nariman Narimanov â€“ www.nerimanov.az, Memorial Museum of Mammad Said Ordubadi â€“ www.ordubadi.az, Azerbaijan State Museum of History of Religion â€“ www.dintarixi.az. The websites give information about the museums, photos, interesting videos have been posted on the websites. Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev appreciated the websites.
â€œThis is praiseworthy work. We should do our best to attract more visitors to the museums. Under the present circumstances, our museums can not solve their financial problems with their activity. Very few people come to museums, so few tickets are sold. This is the most important problem of our museums. We hope these websites will partially solve the problem,â€ he said.
Abulfas Garayev said buying of new exhibits is also one of the main problems.
â€œFor long years new exhibits were not bought for the museums. This problem has been solved partially recently, but this is not enough. Every museum should have its special souvenir. This is realized in the Museum Center and is praised much,â€ he said.
