Solemn gala concerts on Azerbaijanâ€™s independence to be held in Donetsk and Kiev

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova - APA. Solemn gala concerts on Azerbaijanâ€™s independence will be held in the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theaters of Donetsk and Kiev on October 18-20. The concerts will be organized by Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry, Azerbaijani embassy in Ukraine and Azerbaijan-Ukraine Congress. Culture and art figures of Azerbaijan and Russia will participate in the concerts, young Azerbaijani conductor Eyyub Guliyev told APA. Laureate of international competitions Eyyub Guliyev, honored art figure of Ukraine Vasily Vasilenko, honored art figure of Ukraine, professor German Makarenko will conduct symphonic orchestras of State Academic Opera and Ballet Theaters of Donetsk and Kiev. The program of the concerts includes pieces of â€œA thousand and one nightsâ€ ballet by Fikrat Amirov, works by famous Azerbaijani composers â€“ Uzeyir Hajibayov, Gara Garayev, Fikrat Amirov, Afrasiyab Badalbayli, Haji Khanmammadov, Farhad Badalbayli, Muslum Magomayev, Rzayev. Azerbaijani peopleâ€™s artist, professor Ramiz Guliyev, honored artist Gulnaz Ismayilova, laureate of international competitions Farida Mammadova, famous ballet dancers of Ukraine will participate in the concerts.
