Baku. Victoria Dementyeva-APA. Armenia suspends diplomatic relations with Hungary, said the president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan at the emergency meeting with the representatives of the diplomatic missions accredited in the country, APA reports quoting "Novosti-Armenia".
"I officially announce that today we are suspending all diplomatic relations and official ties with Hungary," - said Sargsyan.
Relations between Armenia and Hungary worsened because of the decision of Hungary to extradite Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan.
