Baku. Nicat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. On October 29, 2008 an auction on placement of short-term notes of National Bank with the state registration number 50104319S, total volume AZN 30 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 25 000 000, face value per note AZN 200, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.
Total volume of orders submitted by 7 investors made AZN 63 358 600 at face value.
Orders were presented in price range from 99.38% (YTM â€“ 8.02%) to 99.52% (YTM â€“ 6.20%).
National Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.49% (YTM â€“ 6.59%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.51% (YTM â€“ 6.33%). Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 25 000 000, including noncompetitive orders of AZN 4 997 000.
The maturity date of Notes is November 26, 2008.
