Any attack against Iran has always come at a cost, and this remains the case today, Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Ebrahim Azizi said on X, APA reports.
"The United States and Israel know this very well. Ukraine will also soon realize that the Islamic Republic of Iran leaves no action unanswered," he wrote.
Azizi added that "the list of the defeated is growing longer."
The Iranian official made the remarks amid reports that Ukraine had attacked an Iranian vessel in the Caspian Sea. The Iranian side expressed its official position on the incident through this statement.
