The ANKA III combat unmanned aerial vehicle, manufactured by the Turkish company ASELSAN, has successfully conducted its first ammunition firing test through fuselage, APA reports citing the "savunmasanayist.com" portal.
According to the report, video footage reflecting the successful completion of the process in an official statement was posted on social networks.
The manufacturing company stated in a statement that the UAV in question, equipped with locally produced TOLUN missiles, is capable of performing combat missions even in unfavorable weather conditions.
It was noted that capable of carrying 8 air-to-surface missiles, it can be easily guided and hit targets up to 100 kilometers away thanks to its navigation system and other features.
