Azerbaijan building new 5-star hotel

Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan is building luxury 5-star hotel in Shahdag Winter-Summer Tourism Complex. Total area of the hotel is more than 22,000 m². The hotel will have 164 rooms, including 149 standard, 13 suites and 2 duplexes.

The hotel will also have restaurants, cafes and bars. Moreover, there will be 3 business rooms, 130-seat conference hall, gym, SPA center, swimming-pool and other facilities. At the same time, 77-car parking will be constructed under the building.

New hotel will be constructed in front of Pik Palace hotel. There will be restaurants, stores and other facilities for medium and VIP clients in the area between these hotels. Another restaurant will be constructed on the peak of Shahdag. A special closed gondola will be installed for clients to ascend to this restaurant.

General Manager of Pik Palace Clive Smith said that Aqua Park, golf course and villas will be built for tourists. He says skating rink is planned to be opened in the complex.

Consisting of 6 floors and 167 rooms Pik Palace offers 118 Deluxes, 16 Junior Suites, 32 Executive Suites and 1 Royal Suite.

The hotel includes restaurants, bars and foyers serving tasty dinner, including Chocolat café, Alpina Brasserie & Wine Bar, Fujisan Restaurant & Bar, as well as The Club fitness and SPA center, Akasiya ballroom.
