Baku. Shahriyar Alizada – APA. The Judicial-Legal Council (CLC) has held its next meeting.
The Council told APA results of judicial reforms conducted in the country were announced at the meeting chaired by Minister of Justice, Chairman of Judicial-Legal Council Fikrat Mammadov.
At the meeting, it was decided to dismiss judge of Baku Administrative-Economical Court No1 Gurban Abbasov and appoint him to another job, reprimand other judges of the court Fagan Ahmadov and Sherafat Mammadova and rebuke court chairman Huseynov as they created conditions for corruption by creating artificial obstacles in the implementation of the rights of citizens and grossly violated legislation and ethical norms and administrative discipline. As a result of inspections conducted in other courts, disciplinary proceedings were launched against three judges and it was stressed that monitoring will further continue in the courts.
