The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the facility, APA reports.
The Azerbaijani president and his spouse were informed about the conditions created at the new building of the school.
It was noted that the previous building of the school, which was built in 1961, has been unsuitable. The new 1,560-seat school was fitted with all necessary equipment for high quality education. President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the students and teacher on the new school year.
The school staff as well as representatives of the local community expressed gratitude to the head of state. Then they posed for photographs.
